The race is on! Election night is fast approaching, but there's still everything to play for! Who's going to be the next mayor? Talking Tom or the CEO?

Talking Tom refuses to let the CEO run for mayor unopposed, so he does the only thing he can do - enters the race for mayor. With election night fast approaching, Talking Ben comes up with a foolproof plan for winning Talking Tom the vote. But when the CEO gets his hands on the plan, the gang's not sure they'll be able to keep Tom ahead in the polls.
Plot[]
Previously, the CEO had ran for mayor to threaten Tom's company, Tom and Ben Enterprises, so he had to run for mayor to save it. Tom starts feeling hopeless and begins to pack his things, though Angela still tells him to keep his hopes up.
Ben comes in, telling them that he just came up with a brilliant strategy to win the election: demonstrate hard work, charm, creativity and honesty. Tom sets out to show the townspeople that he was a hard worker by sweeping leaves, but the CEO erases his work by blowing the leaves with a jetpack. Angela accidentally reveals part of the secret strategy to the CEO.
The CEO humiliates himself when he was unable to pull a weed from the ground, so Tom shows he was the harder worker. Then, Tom walks around, complimenting his citizens, making him more charming. However, he gets a call from Hank, telling him that a plumber looking like the CEO came in and took a picture of Ben's secret strategy.
So, the CEO announces his big ideas in front of a large crowd, then films a broadcast that made conspiracy theories about all of Tom's friends. So, Tom realizes he had to cheat. He settles on an agreement with Ginger.
At the Mayor Factor, there are three challenges for the mayors to compete in to earn votes and win the election. However, each time, Ginger sabotages the CEO. He throws marbles on the floor during the juggling contest to make him slip, cuts his rope during the rope climbing race, and fills his money blowing booth with marbles.
Angela discovers that Tom had, indeed, been cheating. After Tom wins all the challenges, he sees Angela sadly walking away. So, Tom publicly admits to the crowd that he had been cheating, costing him all his votes. However, he makes a speech about how he'd rather honestly fail than win by cheating, and apologizes for his actions. This earns him just enough votes back to tie him with the CEO.
In a desperate attempt, the CEO pushes the MC and takes the microphone, and admits that he spread lies about Tom, stole his strategy and paid for robots to vote for him. This loses him all his votes, and Tom wins the election, and the friends and the crowd cheer for him.
