Thomas James “Tom” Kenny (born July 13, 1962) is an American actor and comedian who voices the character Hank in Talking Tom and Friends. He is also known for voicing SpongeBob SquarePants in the eponymous TV show which is his most popular role, Starscream in Transformers: Animated, Ice King in Adventure Time, Heffer Wolfe in Rocko's Modern Life, Joey the Baby Kangaroo in The Wild Thornberrys, the Narrator and Mayor in The Powerpuff Girls, Dog in CatDog, Spyro from the Spyro the Dragon video game series, Rabbit in Winnie the Pooh (2011), Pat from Handy Manny, Sebastian the Pug in Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2 and Beverly Hills Chihuahua 3: Viva La Fiesta, and Cousin Kyle in Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil (along with Maria Bamford).
