Talking Angela is excited when Talking Tom sells one of her songs - until she realizes he accidentally sold it to the evil CEO, who is using it as his theme song as he tries to run for mayor of the town. Now the gang has to try to get Angela's song back from their nemesis before it's too late.
Plot[]
Angela is riding her scooter when she sees a TV broadcast playing her new song. At first, she is happy that her song is already popular, but then the CEO appears, saying that he bought the song from Tom and that he is running for mayor.
Angela gets very angry that Tom sold the song to his mortal enemy and threatens to fire him if he doesn't buy the song back. Tom tries calling the CEO, but he refuses to give Tom the song back, as Tom already spent the earned money to buy a scooter.
So, Ben makes a soundtrack that was the opposite of Angela's song; when both tracks were played at the same time, both songs will mute each other. They sneak to the CEO's rally and hide behind the music tent to start hacking into the Wi-Fi. They still need time to figure out which wire Ben needs to plug in his phone into, so Hank and Ginger stall by riding motorbikes, and Angela uses her "psychic" powers to pick the right wire.
Ben plugs it in, breaking the speakers and giant screen. The CEO sees them and calls security on them, so the friends ride home - with Ginger riding the scooter - only to find the CEO standing in front of their garage. He claims that he plans to shut down Tom and Ben Enterprises once he becomes mayor. Tom realizes that the only way to keep his business was to run for mayor and beat the CEO.
