When the CEO leaves his goldfish in charge of his company, Talking Hank steps in to translate his old pal's fishy wishes.
Plot[]
The CEO announced that he was going away on world tour, so he was leaving the company to his goldfish, Goldie. However, Hank was the only one who understood her, so he became the assistant.
At first Hank lied about Goldie's decisions to make the world a better place. However, when Darren grilled him about how the job should've been his, Hank pretends that Goldie fired him. The security guards come and drag Darren out the door. Then Hank looks in the window and sees a vision of the CEO telling him that he had the power do anything he wanted.
Corrupt with power, Hank cancels all his past projects to save money to buy all the TV channels in town. He then made all the channels only play episodes of Bongo & McGillicuddy. Tom and his friends confronted him about it, and Hank traps them with a cage that falls from the ceiling. Hank was about to leave them and go to a golf club, but Goldie turns on him and hits the button that sets them free.
Hank realized that he had become corrupt with power and decides to step down and leave the job to Goldie.

- This is the first episode since "The Digital Queen" to have a sneak peek.
- This is the first episode where Hank calls Goldie her real name instead of "Orangie".
- This is Darren's first speaking role in Season 4.
- This is the first episode to air in 2020 and the first episode to start off the 2020's decade.
- It's possible that this episode was supposed to air before Ben got his bracelet removed as he was shown with it in a Season 4 trailer, but since it got aired after, the bracelet was edited out.
- The painting of Hank is a parody of The Creation of Adam by Florentine painter Michelangelo.
- The electric guitar that Hank bought is reused from Retro Sonic Angela.
- When Hank opens the door of the CEO's office to show the friends all the things he got, a Dance Dance Rebellion machine can be seen in one of the corners.
- Since the CEO in his last episode's appearance was flung off by Tom flying back to Earth, within flying into deep space, it is most likely he was trying to return to the Earth during the events of The Weather Machine & Boyfriend Stealer, and successfully made it before the events of The New CEO occurred.

- At 6:00, when Darren was trying to convince Hank not to fire him, his hair was gone for a frame, making him bald.
- At 2:11, when Hank enters CEO'S room the portrait already has Hank and Goldie. This means the animators forgot to add CEO's portrait.
- At 4:43, 2 TVs with stands appear to be floating in the background.
