Ben and Tom make a germ that goes big and he makes friends to be friends with them. Everyone but Ben anyways.
Plot[]
Ben is completely sterilizing his workplace, trying to eliminate every germ; even putting a line where no one is allowed to cross. Then, Hank gets ill and sneezes within the line, and Ben freaks out. He quarantines Hank in the bathroom until he feels better.
Then, he sets out to destroy every germ that Hank sneezed. He used one of his apps, the GPS (germ positioning system) to find out that he missed one germ. He then enlarges it so he can destroy it. The germ introduces himself as Jeremy. Ben wanted to destroy it, but his friends wanted to befriend him.
Jeremy makes them sandwiches, but Ben catches him licking saliva all over them. Still, his friends are completely oblivious that he could do any harm. They play in a ball pit, sing karaoke, and play pinball.
So, when Jeremy is caught throwing away fruits and vegetables that could boost their immune system, Ben drags him into the bathroom and flushes him down the toilet. The friends were mad that Ben flushed him, but they started feeling sick. They realize that Jeremy actually did intend to make them sick. Ben quarantines them in the bathroom as well.
What they don't realize was that simply flushing Jeremy down the toilet would not get rid of him; he would later return. Then Jeremy laughs in the sewer, with lots of other germs that resemble him.

- The episode's title is a pun on the film The Terminator.
- Angela’s quote, “I am never taking an open-faced mystery sandwich from a talking bacteria ever again.” This could be a reference of John's app.
