The Cursed Game is the 16th episode in Season 4 of Talking Tom and Friends.
Synopsis[]
A garage game night gets epic when the friends are pulled inside a cursed board game that won't let them out easily.
Plot[]
After spinning a wheel, Ben was given the privilege of picking a game for Board Game Night, much to others' disappointment. He picks out a supposedly haunted game from an old curio shop. When he opens the box, everyone is sucked in.
They were greeted by the Dungeon Defender, and everyone picked their characters. They refuse to look at the rules before they play, thinking they'd figure it out as they go.
Near the end, the Dungeon Defender greets them, asking if they have any reinforcements that could help them in their battle with the Diamond Dust Dragon. They didn't have any, and the dragon blasted them, sending them back to the beginning.
They tried to leave, but the Dungeon Defender tells them the only way to leave is to beat the game. Everyone gets mad at Ben, who tells them to calm down, and tried to beat the game alone, but was turned into a cave crab. He broke a major rule of the game: it was for 2-6 players, not one.
Meanwhile Jeremy was sucked into the game and joined them. He tells them to understand the rules first, so they spent the next few days studying the game rules.
The Dungeon Defender greeted them in the end, and the dragon tried to fight them, but they went on to point out several times in which the dragon and Dungeon Defender broke several minor rules of the game.
Eventually the Dungeon Defender snapped and told the dragon to just blast them. But Tom points out that they broke a major rule: it was a game where you fight a dragon, not a dragon with a dungeon keeper. For breaking this rule, the Dungeon Defender and the dragon were turned into cave crabs and fell into the abyss.
The crabs reverted into their human selves and returned to the garage. Ben was still in charge of Family Game Night and picks out several more board games, to which the friends groan.

Trivia[]
- Many elements were recycled and reused from The Secret Life of Ms. Vanthrax, such as the Joy-Sucking Shadow Monster is seen when they are crossing the bridge, the transformed classroom, the sewer, and a recycled model of Master Hunter who assigned Ms. Vanthrax's monster hunt.
- Hank mentioned several fictional board games, which are obvious references to real-world board games. It is possible that the Master Hunter is the Dungeon Defender, and the Joy Sucking Shadow Monster most likely comes from the game, though this is very unlikely since the game just recycles models from those characters.
- This episode was originally titled, "Family Game Night" and was the 10th episode of Season 4.
- Sounds of Pac-Man on the Atari 2600 can be heard when the episode began.
- Welcome To The Dungeon is a parody of Dungeons & Dragons.
- The way the game forces the players to fight the Diamond Dust Dragon to un-trap themselves from the game and to complete it, might be a reference to the Ender Dragon from Minecraft, where Players visit the end, and are trapped forever until they defeat the Ender Dragon and beat the game.
Errors[]
- The captions mistakenly reads "[All Gasp]".
- At the beginning of the episode, Ben is using his tablet, despite still having the Anti-Technology Bracelet. This serves as a continuity error.
- At one scene the numbers on the purple die have the same font on the orange die.
- When Tom and his friends were sucked into the game the 2 board games on ben's couch and one under the blue couch suddenly moved under the table before Jeremy discovered that they are playing one of those family game nights.
