Talking Angela and Talking Ginger accidentally break Talking Ben's newest invention, the Nano-Laser, while goofing around with a soccer ball in the garage. Ginger begs Angela not to say anything, so she tries to cover up their crime. But as guilt drives her crazy, she has to decide if she's going to tell her friend the truth - even if he never forgives her.
Plot[]
Ben is working on a nano-laser, a laser that could burn at a molecular scale. He wants to try it, but Tom and Hank pressure him to go to the carnival. He agrees, but later, Angela plays soccer with Ginger in the garage, and Ginger crushes the laser with the ball.
Angela tries to call Ben, but Ginger pleads with her not to, because Ben would be mad. Angela agrees and tries to pretend like nothing happened. At the carnival, Ben tells about his nano-laser to Mel and Flo, two scientists who've failed to build one. They become friends and take photos together.
That night, Angela gets a nightmare that miniature Bens were accusing her of being a liar, and then the laser, walks in the door and chases her. Waking up, she decides she needs to fess up.
At the garage, Angela tries to tell Ben the truth, but Ben goes on an outrage, destroying his stuff, promising revenge to the people who broke the laser and storming off. This wakes up Tom and Hank, who thought that they broke the laser, not Angela. Tom broke off a piece while doing limbo and Hank used the laser to hold onion rings, melting a piece. They then find a defaced photo of Mel and Flo lying on the floor, meaning that Ben blamed them for breaking the laser.
At Mel's lab, Ben moves all of Mel and Flo's inventions and research, then starts up their macro-laser to destroy everything. The friends all enter, telling him that they broke the laser, not Mel and Flo. Ben acknowledges that the broken laser was sheer clumsiness, not sabotage. However, Ben leans on the lever, breaking it and activating the laser.
All of Mel and Flo's science is gone, and they were livid. They chase the friends far away from the lab.

- In one scene, Ben states, "For every act of science sabotage, there is an act of science revenge!". This is a reference to Isaac Newton's Third Law of Motion, which states, "For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction."
Errors[]
- When the gang told Ben how they broke Ben's nano laser, he broke the lever that turns on the mega laser. It zaps, but when the gang disappears, the lever is not broken.
