Talking Gina the Giraffe was an interactive-virtual pet app developed by Outfit7. It was released on 19 February 2011. The app was then removed from the app stores in late 2014 for unknown reasons.

How to Play[]
- Feed her Carrots, Ice Cream, Strawberries, Lemonade, or Water.
- Poke her and she will not like it.

- Talk to Gina and she repeats everything you say.

Patty Cake[]
Level 3 of Patty Cake, "Easy Mode".
Talking Gina featured a unique gameplay feature known as Patty Cake, and occasionally referred to as Hand-clapping. In this particular mode, one would play alongside Gina and take part in various patterns with their fingers in order to line up with Gina's hooves. Each level was around twenty seconds in length and featured a unique pattern to follow. To succeed, the player cannot make any mistakes, and must have a flawless run through. If they succeed, Gina's happiness meter will raise, and they will be a step closer to unlocking a new picture in the gallery.
In total, there are 48 levels, each with their own unique patterns, which raise in difficulty as the player progresses. The stages feature three difficulty modes: Easy, Medium, and Hard. Completing all levels on easy awards the player with a unique image to congratulate them, which features Gina earning a bronze medal. Moving forward, two other pictures are obtainable by completing the Medium and Hard difficulties, which feature Gina with a silver medal and Gina with a bronze medal respectively.
Furthermore, there is a method to earn Patty Cake levels early. If one is to struggle with a particular level, it is possible for the game to offer it for free in exchange for feeding Gina an ice cream, one of the games respective features.

- This was the first Talking Friends app starring a female character.
- This was one of the most popular Talking Friends apps, with 69 million downloads[2] as of October 2014.
- This was the second game to have an animation when you shake your phone, with the first being Talking Roby the Robot, and the next one being Tom Loves Angela.
- The supermarket taken from one of the pictures resembles the one used in the Talking Tom Shorts episode "The Last Cereal (Shopping Drift)" two years later.
- It is also the first virtual pet game in the Talking Tom & Friends franchise, followed by My Talking Tom in 2013.
- In older versions on Android (when downloaded from an APK), when trying to finish a level in Patty Cake, the app would crash for unknown reasons.
- Despite the app being removed from the App Stores, Gina would make cameos in Talking Tom and Friends.
- This app got removed around the same time Hank was introduced.
- This was the second app with a minigame, with the first being Talking Harry the Hedgehog.
- You cannot play the current version of this app on Android 11+ due to scoped storage.
