Supermodel Tom is the 8th episode of Season 4 of Talking Tom and Friends.
Synopsis[]
When Talking Tom becomes a supermodel, he loves being in the spotlight and getting lots of attention - until the reality of being a male model hits home - Hard.
Plot[]
This episode begins with the friends attending a Fashion Party. Ginger tries to escape using balloons but fails. Tom gets near the very front of the stage, only to be shot by cannons firing sparkles. Suddenly, everyone around him is charmed by his good looks and begins to praise him.
Tom begins to enjoy his reputation as a hot person, but realised that everyone begins to think he is stupid, even his friends. Suddenly, he is being chased by three men into an alley.
The leader of the men, Reece, explains that Tom was afflicted by the Model's Curse, a curse where the people around the victim would find him gorgeous, but stupid. So, at the garage, wearing a mask, Tom explains what has happened to him. So, Angela suggests speaking out on the last day of fashion week.
Angela sets up a show and explains that models are just beautiful versions of regular people. However, when Tom comes out, everyone around him is affected by the Model's Curse. So, they start chanting that they want the models to dance. Meanwhile Ginger manages to get enough balloons to escape Fashion Week but is left floating into the sky.
So, the models stack on top of each other to reach Ginger, with Tom on top, but he couldn't reach Ginger. So, he instructs the others to use their shiny teeth to make a laser, popping the balloons, but Ginger is left falling into the ground. So, Tom leaps after him, falls to the ground, and bumps his head. Because the models proved their intelligence, the curse was broken. However, they were all fired for breaking their contract.

- This is the first Season 4 episode that Jeremy doesn't appear in.
- Tanner Von Quads appears as a cameo. Despite him malfunctioning in "Every Girl's Dream", he is used a recycled model anyways.
- This is the last episode to premiere on a Thursday.
- One of Tom's costumes is a reference to the 1986 musical "The Phantom of the Opera".
- This episode's working title name was "Model Tom" and was going to be the sixteenth episode of Season 4.
- Starting from this episode, the animation lighting style has changed and the background characters appearance style was changed.
- During the point where Tom is getting his pictures taken, one of the movements Tom does is the popular internet meme, dabbing.
Errors[]
- The Captions marked "Slow down, Ginger. Let's think this one through, ok? You need some sort of guidance system to control the balloons if you actually wanted to-" as "Slow down, Ginger".
- At 4:58, one of the models with the glasses is seen without his glasses.
- When the chair tied with the balloons gone wrong, when it happened is a crack caused it to happen but when it falls the chair doesn't seem to have a crack in it anymore.
