Plot[]
The episode commences with the gang in the museum talking about how Tom will have his own statue due to being so cool, but they then find out that he was replaced by another guy called Roy. Tom is angered and goes home disappointed. Ginger then tells the gang that a new neighbour was moving in, and it was none other than Roy.
Tom tells the gang how he will welcome Roy with a pie and that Roy will think Tom is cooler than him. Roy then comes at the same time and gives the gang gifts. Roy then tells them he had researched about the gang and invites them to his party.
At the party, Roy plays the piano and lets Angela sing with him. Ginger pulls Tom over to a game room, but Tom gets lost and goes into a secret room and finds blueprints of the museum and an antique crown. Angela sees him and Roy comes in after her, explaining that he collects antique things like the crown. He takes Angela back and Tom flicks over a chess piece that looked like Roy, which opened a secret door. Angela calls him to come back up, so he puts the piece upright and goes home.
Tom explains the gang about the secret door but they do not think it was a big deal. Hank comes in and tells Tom about a package that was delivered but none of them had ordered it. It was an outfit of Star Bandit from Space Conflicts. Tom realizes Roy was using it as burglary gear and he was going to steal the space ruby, but the gang think he was only upset over the statue. Tom lies, saying he would return the suit to Roy but he actually puts it on and tries to stop Roy from stealing the ruby.
At the museum, Tom catches Roy red-handed. While confronting him, Tom picks up the ruby without thinking and sets off an alarm. Roy runs away and Tom chases after him, soon Tom gets his grappling hook in a mess and catches Roy.
Tom brings a tied-up Roy into the museum and tells everyone that Roy was trying to steal the space ruby, but Roy said he was misunderstood; he was bringing one of his artifacts to the museum and wanted it to be anonymous. Tom tells him how Roy was going to bring something "out of this world" and implied it was the ruby but Roy said he was talking about the costume from Space Conflicts he bought, the one that Tom was wearing. The crowd all boo Tom but Roy tells the crowd not to be mad because they had a concerned citizen. The crowd cheers weakly.
The gang watch the news, recalling what had happened and Angela tries to reassure him, but she makes the matter worse. There was a knock at the door, it was Roy. He wanted to make sure there were no hard feelings, and he wanted to be friends and make up, but then he reveals nobody will believe Tom now that the crowd thinks he had spoiled everything. Tom realizes he was right the entire time, and they growl at each other.

- This is the first episode to have a new end credits style.
- This is the first appearance of Roy Rakoon in Talking Tom & Friends.
- The Bongo & McGillicuddy "Christmas special everyone hates" is a reference to the Star Wars Christmas Special, which most of the fandom dislikes too.
- It is unknown why Tom's friends didn't hear Roy reveal his true self even though he was a few inches away from the friend group.
Errors[]
- When the scene cuts to Wesley, he is missing his scarf.
- When the Museum Security Guard said "Whoa!", the caption shows that Ben is the speaker.
- At the start of the video the crew repeatedly keeps walking past the space ruby and the golden statue was changed and removed.
