My Talking Hank was a virtual pet app created by Outfit7. It is the third game in the My Talking series. As of the 4th of July, 2024, the game has been remastered. The remaster was named My Talking Hank: Islands, and the original version is no longer available.

- This is the first game to have an intro.
- This is the first and only game in the My Talking series not set in a house.
- Although there is a house in the game, it’s not the main setting.
- This is Outfit7's first game where the in-game camera can be moved, the second being My Talking Tom Friends.
- Hank, along with Tom, Angela and Gina are currently the only characters with their own virtual pet games.
- Although, Talking Gina varies a lot from the others.
- The ball from the pre-3.0 version of the game somewhat resembles the Unpleasant Gradient from a meme that shows an image of a colour gradient consisting of green to magenta to brown standing outside of a front door.
- If the player starts petting Hank, there's a chance Hank will glitch under the environment for a little bit with his face sticking out.
- There is a glitch where if the player does things in a certain way, the game freezes. This also happens in other games.
- This was the second app to be relaunched. The first game was Talking Tom Cat.
- The app was still available on China as the chinese version, the Chinese users are available to download now. Instead of the sequel, wants to be a Chinese version (joke by Outfit7).
- This game, along with My Talking Tom, My Talking Tom 2, My Talking Angela 2 and My Talking Angela all had an update where the player would get 100,000 coins and 10,000 gems. This was because of Talking Tom's anniversary. With the update, prices also became incredibly cheap, meaning that the player could buy everything in one sitting.
- However, My Talking Hank: Islands is the only new game that already came with the amount of currency and discounts.
