Everyone is having spooky fun decorating the garage for a big Halloween contest! But when Roy Rakoon looks like he’s going to be crowned the best decorator, it’s SCARY how far Talking Tom will go to beat him...

When a Halloween decorating contest between Talking Tom and Roy Rakoon gets intense, Tom goes big and brings his ghoulish decorations to life.
Plot[]
Ginger enters the garage at night, explaining that he was a judge in the "Spirit of Halloween" decorating contest. Ginger checks around the garage and realizes that the gang has not decorated the garage. Tom never intended to partake in the contest, but when he finds out that Roy was in the contest, he decides to begin decorating.
Tom finishes decorating, but Roy shows off his newly decorated house, so Tom decides that he needs to have a better house than Roy. He tries desperately to make his house spookier, but Roy always ends up with the better decorations.
He gets more frustrated, so Ben shows his invention, the Realizer, an machine that turns objects to life. Tom uses the invention on Pumpkin Monsters, thinking that he had won the contest for having real horrors. However, Roy comes and questions what the friends plan to do with them after the contest. They explain that they want to keep them in the storage room all year, or bake their seeds or the pumpkins into a pie.
Hearing this, the Pumpkin Monsters turn on the friends and chase them into the garage. They leave them trapped in the storage room. Then, the friends find a box of Valentines there and use the Realizer to turn the Valentine's hearts into life. The hearts attack the Pumpkin Monster until they disappear into sparkles.
Because the decorations were destroyed, Ginger gives them last place in the contest, giving Roy first place. Then, Tom snaps his fingers, commanding the hearts to attack and give chase to Roy.

- When Ginger opens the oven, he opens it downwards but in the next scene it is now upwards.
- At the start of the episode when Ginger approaches to the house there are some eye holes but in the next scene in the view of the mask there are no eye holes.
