Landlord tells the gang he's selling the garage so he can go live on a tropical island. Talking Tom and friends try to come up with a reason for the Landlord to stay - especially when they find out the CEO is planning on buying their home and destroying it. Can they make the Landlord fall in love before he moves away and ruins all of their lives?
Plot[]
In the middle of a garage pong game, the Landlord interrupts the game and informs the friends that they are being evicted, as he intends to sell the place. When Tom begs him not to, the Landlord tells him that he wants to move to a tropical island so he could find a girlfriend. He also explains that he was selling the garage to the CEO. The friends are shocked because the CEO would kick them out.
While Hank was gardening, Tom finds the CEO on the driveway, who gloats to them about kicking them out, before leaving on a helicopter.
Tom pretends to be the CEO's brother so he could buy back the garage. He goes to the Landlord's house and explains that he intended to buy the garage for the CEO. Landlord seems to be convinced but demands the payment of a bathtub full of money. They need another plan. Tom and his friends create a tropical island scene while Angela sings a song about why he doesn't need to move away. However, they fail to provide a girlfriend for the Landlord, so he tells them to pack their things.
They sadly begin to pack. Ginger suggests setting him up with Ms. Vanthrax, so they try. That night, they post an ad for scary masks to attract Ms. Vanthrax to the garage, and then tell the Landlord about a rare mold in the kitchen. Landlord and Ms. Vanthrax meet and fall in love. Landlord suggests taking her with him on a tropical island, and Ms. Vanthrax accepts. The friends are sad because they would lose the garage anyway.
Ginger decides to boldly make a sacrifice by shooting Ms. Vanthrax with a toy bow. Ms. Vanthrax wants to put him in detention, but she realizes that she couldn't if she moved away. She decides that she could not leave the town because she still enjoyed punishing children. So, the Landlord decides not to sell the garage. Ms. Vanthrax drags Ginger away, and the friends acknowledge his sacrifice.

- This is one of the only episodes where it marks both Carl the CEO, and Velma Vanthrax physically appearing in the same episode in the same timeline of events in the episode, however they aren't seen together, neither in the same scene, nor interacting with each other, as it has never been.
