Landlord is a recurring character in Talking Tom and Friends. He lives in a house, while his tenants, Tom, Ben and Hank, rent out his garage.
Appearance
Landlord is a grumpy and strict elderly man. His age and actual name being unknown, he has bright blue eyes along with gray hair. He is always usually seen wearing khaki/beige shorts, with a blue shirt and pink hat.
Personality
Landlord most frequently appears when there is a noise problem or other inconvenience in the garage. When this occurs, the landlord would threaten to evict the friends.
He speaks in a Southern European accent. He is a retired champion in the sport of ping-pong and the game of Noodlespoons, and now he collects the rents of Tom, Rhonda and many others for a living. From Landlord in Love onwards, his love interest is Velma Vanthrax.
Trivia
- In Seasons 1-3, Hank often greets the Landlord royally, despite him already telling Hank not to do so. This does not occur in Season 4 or 5.
- His first appearance, Ping Pong Wizard, reveals that Landlord is a former ping pong champion, hence the Ping pong paddle he holds, the golden ping pong paddle shaped door knocker, and the pile of Ping pong trophies in his yard.
