Jinke Culture Technology (also known as Jinke) is a Chinese company founded in 2007 that purchased Outfit7 for $1 Billion on 24 January 2017.

History[]

Chemical business[]

Jinke Culture, formerly known as "Zhejiang Times Jinke Peroxide Co., Ltd.", referred to as "Zhejiang Jinke", was established in June 2007. Before listing, it mainly developed, produced and sold sodium percarbonate, sodium perborate, Triazine nitrilocaproic acid and sodium acetate and other products, with an annual output of 100,000 tons of sodium percarbonate and 12,000 tons of food-grade liquid carbon dioxide, the main customers are major washing powder brands. In 2015, it was the largest producer and exporter of sodium percarbonate in mainland China, and its production capacity was second only to Solvay Group, Evonik Industries and OCI company In May 2015, Zhejiang Jinke was listed on the Shenzhen Growth Enterprise Market. The chemical business has been transferred to the wholly owned subsidiary Zhejiang Jinke Daily Chemical Materials Co., Ltd. (Jinke Daily Chemical) since July 2018, and then gradually sold the shares of Jinke Daily Chemical. In June 2019, all Jinke Daily Chemicals were sold. Cultural, creative and game business[]

In June 2016, Hangzhou Zhexin was officially included in the scope of consolidation of listed companies. At the same time, Zhejiang Jinke changed its name to "Zhejiang Jinke Entertainment Culture Co., Ltd.", referred to as "Jinke Entertainment". Overseas investment business[]

In September 2016, Jinke Entertainment established an overseas investment fund "Discovery Nusantara Capital" led by a wholly owned subsidiary Jinke International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., and subsequently invested in Indonesian game developers Touchten and Toge Productions.
