The Helping Hand is a high tech futuristic robotic invention created by Tom and Ben in the Talking Tom and Friends episode, "Everybody Hates Tom". While initially programmed to be friendly, the robots were hacked and taken in possession by Roy, who then used them to initiate a scheme to frame Tom.
Appearance[]
The Helping Hands are white orbs with metal wire for legs with small white sneakers and trap doors to release them. and small shoes. In their center, they have a green light which represents an eye. The eye will turn red when hacked or angered. Their bodies can also open and reveal their hands whenever needed, and even extend their arms pretty high.
Personality[]
The Helping Hands are helpful, kind, hence the name, but if they are hacked, they can become increasingly agitated and cause chaos in an entire Town, and are known to steal things to be a thief.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Arm Stretching: They can extend their arms to very high areas or long areas.
- Speed and Agility: They can run pretty fast and they are pretty agile when it comes to stealing things, and carry dish plates or return food quickly to someone who dropped it.
- Helping: Hence their names, they can be pretty helpful, using their powers and abilities.
- Intelligence: The helping hands are very smart and know a way of helping, and being very clever, including when they are hacked, and have been known to give wedgies to people, and steal their items.
- Strength: Despite their very small size, they are able to carry a lot of things that are a lot bigger than them including Roy Rakoon. And they are able to twist open a very tight pickle jar using their strength.
- Rocket Boosters: When Roy makes an escape from the town, they are able to fly with rocket boosters that allows them to take flight.
- Physical Resistance: They seem to be quite resistant, when getting knocked down by Tom & His friends while following them, they were able to get up from the damage of their Physical Hits, its most likely they can regenerate or re-power themselves, or just take a few hits.
- Durability: They are very durable, as said before they are resistant to physical combat attacks, but also, they seem to be durable against these physical combat attacks from Tom and his friends, despite that they are small and very agile.
Weaknesses[]
- Hacking: Despite the Helping hands being very helpful, they are vulnerable to getting hacked and they can turn agitated and evil and are commanded by Roy.
History[]
They were made by Tom and Ben as a final attempt to earn enough money to pay their rent and saving Tom and Ben Enterprises from bankruptcy. Everyone like the invention and bought it, meaning they could finally pay their rent and save Tom and Ben Enterprises. The invention was very popular. Tom and Ben earned many awards and became celebrities thanks to them. During a Tech conference, The Helping Hand were sabotaged and hacked by Roy to steal and take valuable items. This caused Tom and Ben to have no control with The Helping Hand anymore. Roy, Tom and the gang investigated. Roy wrote in Tom's diary so that everybody would think he was the one who caused the sabotage on the invention. Roy programmed the Helping Hands to act like Tom's henchmen and bring him all the stolen possessions. All of Tom's friends left him on the pile of stolen goods. Later, Roy had them returned to normal. Soon Ben discovered plans that set Tom up, Roy then used them to escape from an angry mob.
