Now that he's the new mayor, Talking Tom is determined to make everyone happy. But that proves to be a little more difficult than he expected. So he comes up with a plan to throw a huge party for the whole town. Will Tom's party be a huge success or an epic fail?
Plot[]
Previously, Tom had won the election to become mayor of the town. Ben starts planning out Tom's first act as mayor, but Tom thinks that being a mayor is only about making people happy. So, when Rhonda complains about stepping on a bee, Tom thinks it is his responsibility to take care of it. Rhonda also agrees that there were many unhappy people in town. So, Tom promises he won't rest until everyone in town is happy.
To make more people happy, he repurposes a kissing booth into a booth where people would complain about why they aren't happy. He doesn't realize that him yelling into a megaphone at people would make them unhappier.
So, Tom attends a park concert and hangs out with Angela. Him having fun sparks an idea in him: he'll host a town party. Ben thinks it was an absurd idea, but everyone else seems onboard with the idea. Tom films a video on TV telling the citizens to attend, claiming that there'll be laser lights, fruit punch, and a karaoke stage.
The party is a success; people all over town attend the party and have fun. However, Ben notices the party is ruining the city; there is a garbage pile that used to be a garden and a merry-go-round that's actually an upside-down car. Tom realizes that the party is causing a lot of damage, and he tries to stop the people from partying, but they wouldn't stop.
So, he hosts a new party, a clean-up party. The people form a conga line that cleans up the town with brooms that goes all the way to the dump. Eventually, the town is cleaned up, and Tom realizes that making the whole town happy was impossible and a bad idea. But instead of following Ben's idea of managing the infrastructure, Tom decides not to make a mayor decision for a long time.

Trivia[]
- This episode was originally called "Tom the Mayor."
- In the French, Spanish, Brazilian and Russian versions of this episode, the CEO's first line was removed for unknown reasons.
- At one point, Tom spells "F-U-N" on a canvas, with a brief interruption from the rest of the gang gasping before writing down the N, which is a callback to the original My Talking Tom teaser trailer where the kitten Tom did the same thing, except he wrote it with a cake on the glass, and the interruption was a narration teasing the game.
- Also, the moment where Tom's friends gasp is when the board reads "F.U.", making it a less appropriate joke in the series.
- Strangely, the thumbnail has disappeared on YouTube with the same happening with The Great Taxi Race and Who is Becca? along with many other thumbnails.
- Hank and Angela break the fourth wall at the end of the episode by talking to the audience.
Errors[]
- When Angela was riding with Tom on her scooter, the mayor sash disappeared. It returned in the next scene.
- The party takes place in the park but when Tom and Angela are on the scooter to go home they go back to the Park and the Tom Studio
- They didn't need a scooter if it's to go back to Tom's Studio
