Genius Test is the 24th episode of Season 5 of Talking Tom and Friends.
Synopsis[]
After a school test determines that Talking Ginger is a genius, he learns to enjoy his status as the smartest boy in town.
Plot[]
Ginger was at school playing table football, when his teacher announces a test. Disappointed, Ginger takes the test. The next day, however, he finds that he got a perfect score, making him a genius.
His friends are shocked when they found out; even Ben was unable to achieve a perfect score on the test as a child. Ginger was disappointed he was a genius, thinking that he would have to study harder, but he finds that his friends willingly did as he instructed.
He goes around town, where the townspeople recognize him as the town genius and offer luxuries, from giant doughnuts to a virtual reality room. Even Ms. Vanthrax obliged to his orders; she even allowed the class to go on a field trip to the candy factory. However, when they went to a vat filled with molten marshmallow, it malfunctioned, about to explode in burning hot marshmallow. The candy factory operator was unable to solve the problem.
Meanwhile, at the garage, Ben reviews in shock how Ginger answered the difficult questions in the quiz. Then, Hank notices that Ginger simply drew a smiley face on his Scantron sheet; he was no genius, just a lucky guesser. Just then, the friends see a news broadcast reporting about a candy factory about to explode, and rush over.
At the factory, Ginger's classmates are depending on him to solve the problem with the ingredients. However, Ginger was lacking in confidence. Then, he sees the friends pounding in the window. Realizing that he could do anything if he had the confidence, he enters the code to stabilize the machine.
The explosion was averted, and the friends wonder how he did it. Then, they see he just entered a smiley face into the control pad. They didn't want him to lose confidence, so they decide not to tell Ginger he just got lucky, but then Ginger announced he was dropping out of school to become CEO of the factory, so the friends screamed that he was no genius.
