It's Garage Feast Day! But the celebrations get slightly off track when Talking Ben's son, Boomerang, comes for a visit with his new girlfriend.

Talking Ben's robot son, Boomerang, comes for a visit - and Ben is shocked to discover that Boomerang has given up science to become an artist. Ben doesn't approve of Boomerang's life choices, and what should be a sweet family reunion quickly turns into a family feud. Will they be able to sort things out in time to enjoy Garage Feast Day?
Plot[]
Tom, Ben, Angela, Hank and Ginger prepare the garage for Garage Feast Day, a holiday in which all leftover food is used to make one large feast. Ben chooses to also invite his son, Boomerang, to the feast with them. However, when Boomerang arrives, they discover he has started dating an old printer, Dottie, and chosen to quit science in favour of becoming an artist. Tom expresses support for Boomerang's decisions, but Ben shows disapproval towards Boomerang's choice of love interest and career.
Viewing Boomerang's artwork at the gallery, Ben attempts to hide his disapproval of his work. Accusing Dottie of corrupting his son, Ben attempts to reprogram Boomerang, but Tom stops him from doing so. Eventually, Ben chooses to openly criticize Boomerang at the dinner table, provoking a heated argument. Despite Hank's efforts to de-escalate the situation, the argument evolves into a food fight which destroys all the food Hank prepared. Boomerang and Dottie leave in disappointment.
After the fight concludes, Ben laments the events that occurred. Ginger reminds him of the lesson of Garage Feast Day that Hank taught him: "Just because something is spoiled doesn't mean you have to throw it away." Inspired by the lesson, Ben returns to the gallery and reconciles with Boomerang, apologizing for not supporting the decisions he made.

- Garage Feast Day is Boomerang's first and only appearance in Season 2, and also his second appearance in the entire show and his last physical appearance in the show.
