It's laugh night at the app studio! But not because of Talking Ben's terrible jokes. Worried his act will flop at the CEO's birthday party later, Ben invents a comedy robot. But the laughter soon stops when the robot decides to bring down Tom and Ben Enterprises. Will they stop him in time?
Plot[]
The gang is invited to the CEO's birthday party after Ginger hacks into the guest list. Tom intends on showcasing his Tompoline, but Ben becomes the stand-up comedian.
After Ben's jokes are criticized by Tom, he decides to create a robot to improve his delivery, which he names Galileo. Galileo starts out as very unfunny, but a drop of vinegar from Hank's sandwich makes him funnier. Late at night, Tom, Ben, and Hank pour vinegar into Galileo to make him funnier, but Hank pours too much while sleepwalking, causing Galileo's jokes to become rude rather than funny.
After Galileo insults the friends and makes rude jokes, Tom decides that he cannot be allowed to perform in front of the CEO like this, but he runs away. Tom, Hank, and Ben chase Galileo all across town till they reach CEO Tower. They fail to stop Galileo from performing, however, and Galileo delivers insulting jokes towards the CEO. Eventually, Ben leaps on to Galileo and disables him.
The CEO is shocked, because he liked Galileo's humor and was glad that his comedy was honest in its descriptions about him. Ben needs to cover for Galileo, but his science jokes are booed by the CEO. He switches strategy to deliver insulting jokes, but it backfires, and he indirectly insults the CEO's goldfish, which previously passed away. The CEO claims his birthday is ruined and calls on security to evict them.
