The perfect man does exist. Or at least that's what Talking Tom is bargaining for when he buys a "Perfect Man" starter kit to impress Talking Angela. As he tries to distract her from her celebrity crush, a massive fail shows him that practice doesn't always make perfect.
Plot[]
Tom is telling Angela about a paper-airplane throwing contest in which he got eighth place, when she is suddenly charmed by Tanner Von Quads, a TV star. Angela confesses her love of Tanner, frustrating and depressing Tom, hinting at his crush on Angela.
So, Tom tries to become "the perfect guy." Putting on sunglasses, a scarf and cologne he ordered from a website, Angela is instantly attracted to Tom. However, it turns out that her friend, Ruby, got her tickets to the premiere of a movie starring Tanner, who would be signing autographs.
In an attempt to get even "perfecter," Tom works out, practices pose, and drinks giant protein shakes. At the diner, Rhonda is so charmed she offers free desserts to Tom.
At the premiere, Tom rides a motorbike and approaches Tanner. Tanner calmly tells Tom that he was just doing his thing, but still threatened, Tom tries a motorbike stunt, only for it to crash into a fire hydrant, showering water all over Tanner. To the fans' shock, Tanner starts to short circuit before shutting down. Angela gets shocked that Tanner was a robot, but the other women were still mad that Tom broke Tanner. They form an angry mob and chase Tom away, and they have beaten him up.
Tom breaks his arm from the angry mob. He apologizes to Angela for breaking Tanner, but Angela tells her that he was a perfect friend all along.
