“ | Now, to memory erase you and take over the world! Monday is Fun-Day. | „ |
Carl, better known as the CEO, is the central villain of Talking Tom and Friends. He serves as a supporting protagonist in Season 1, the main villain of Season 2, the central villain of Season 3, a minor villain in Season 4 and a unseen overcharging villain in Season 5. He owns the social media app "MyFace".
Appearance[]
Carl has blonde hair, brown eyes and a moustache. He also sports a black coat with a front pocket on it, along with a red tie and a white suit underneath it. His black coat is sometimes striped. He wears a gold ring on his hand, implying that he was or currently is married, he is short compared to most of the cast, but still extremely close to their height, he is still taller then all of the gang, and he appears to be physically chubby with some weight on him, with some shortened legs, he also appears to be wearing black small shoes.
Personality[]
Throughout Season 1, he showed himself as a wealthy, but generous businessman in "A Secret Worth Keeping: Part Two," when he allows Tom and Ben to enter the Tech Stars conference, and signs deals with him.
However, in Forgotten Kiss, his true self is revealed. He is extremely corrupt and cruel, and as such he is the archenemy of Tom and Ben. His main goal is to shut down Tom and Ben Enterprises, and his methods range from become extreme, like running for mayor just to shut down the business, to outright unethical and illegal, such as attempted murder by sending Tom to space. In Season 2 Episode: Landlord in Love, he also appeared, as the Landlord wanted to sell the house to him, the CEO was insulting Tom, and his friends when he arrived using a helicopter, revealing his first piece of his museum of him, where he will be placing in their house when the Landlord kicks them out, then he leaves with an evil laugh on his helicopter that dropped his art piece, the team also tried several tricks, as Tom dresses up as the brother of the CEO to trick the landlord, but after the bath-tub money agreement deal with the landlord, that plan didn't work out, although it is implied that after the Landlord decided not to sell the house because he is now dating Ms. Vanthrax, the CEO likely lost the house and failed to kick the gang out. He is evil, but other then that, he is very childish at certain points despite being an adult, such as in Happy Town, when his nephew Darren mentioned the previous episode's events, he throws a temper tantrum, showing how babyish he can act at certain points, and can even act unintelligent, and always brags about money and is considered greedy and snobbish at certain times.
His overall goal is to put Tom and Ben Enterprises out of business.
Relationships[]
The Gang[]
“ | They've taken my one friend away from me! This just got personal! No, super-personal!!... Extra super-personal! Times infinity!! | „ |
Long before the CEO's hatred for the Gang, they treated each other quite respectfully. However, during "CEO in Trouble", a disliking between each other would begin when Tom attempted to trick the CEO into buying a milkshake app by taking advantage of his disability. While the CEO declared them worse than the weather, his biggest fear at the time, they wouldn't engage in any improper activity from then on, until "Funny Robot Galileo", where Ben made a machine that mocked him of his deceased fish, who was his only friend. This angered him, and he had his security chase the Gang away.
Eventually, during the "A Secret Worth Keeping" saga, the CEO and the Gang would make up, and the CEO would make an agreement with them to purchase rights to the Talking Tom app, a product they made he took a lot of interest in. However, during an announcement, the Gang accidentally erased their own memory using a memory-erasing machine. The CEO would find the machine and decide to use it to become the biggest company in the world.
This would continue into "Forgotten Kiss", where he would then invite the Gang to his office, to ask them for directions to make it possible to erase the memory of everyone using it. Ben would give directions, but Angela would get suspicious, and claim he as a thief. Upset, he would erase their memories of the situation, and remove them from his office. Having forgotten they ever attended, they would return once again, only for Angela to once again tell off the CEO for stealing the machine. He would continue to erase their memories of the situation a total of ninety-two times, in hopes to gather as much information as possible.
However, on attempt ninety-three, the Gang would use the machine to erase the memory of his only friend in the world, his goldfish Goldie. In response, he begged his fish to remember him, which it failed to do so. He would fall to the ground and weep loudly, yelling at the Gang for taking his only friend away from him. In response, he declared he would get his revenge on them at all costs, and that he will repay them for taking away the only person he loved.
Since then, he positioned himself in an election for mayor exclusively for the reason of getting his revenge by shutting down their company during the episodes "The Sabotage" to "Vote for Tom!", only for Tom to stop him by cheating the election in his favor. After winning, Tom would admit himself as a cheater, which he would be forgiven for what he did. The CEO would also admit himself, only to lose all support he gained. The Gang and the CEO would continue to hate each other more and more from that moment forth, with the CEO eventually even attempting to kill Tom by sending him into the fiery sun during the episode "Space Rescue".
This rivalry would be halted after the CEO went on vacation, and Tom would then develop a new rivalry for Roy Rakoon, who he would declare his worst enemy over the CEO.
Darren[]
Although Darren is the CEO's nephew, they do not seem to like each other much. Darren also does not seem to respect his uncle, with him lying to him deliberately in an attempt to gain from him, only for the CEO to discover his schemes and demote him. Despite this disliking, they work together on multiple occasions, whether it's finding buried treasure, or stealing a machine from the Gang.
Goldie[]
Goldie is the CEO's pet fish and the one person he cares about. He intended to spend all her life having fun and making the most possible out of their relationship, until the Gang fired the memory eraser at her, making her forget everything she ever knew about her owner. Goldie is the pure reason the CEO hates the Gang as much as he does, with him swearing revenge against them at all costs for the reason of "taking his one friend away from him".

Trivia[]
- His character resembles the American president Donald Trump, along with his tower.
- His website, "MyFace", is also likely a parody of the popular social media website "MySpace".
- He is Tom, Ben, Hank, Angela and Ginger's mortal enemy.
- It is revealed in "The Backup Genius" that Darren is his nephew.
- He is the richest person in town, with a net worth over 1 billion dollars.
- He is one of the characters not to appear in Season 5, because he is on vacation and left his pet Goldie in charge of CEO Tower, despite making a picture appearance in "Ginger and the Girl" and "Who is Billy?". Because of his absence, Roy Rakoon takes place as the main antagonist of Season 5 while he is absent.
- His obsession with money might reference to Mr. Krabs from SpongeBob SquarePants. Both characters are obsessed with highly & valuable amounts of money, and usually love making money fortunes, and both might seem to be greedy, unlike Mr. Krabs, Carl isn't as obsessed as much and not as greedy compared to Mr. Krabs towards money, and Carl is more willing to brag and insult Tom rather than have a greedy obsession towards money.
