After nobody can stand Talking Ben's stand-up act, the rising star of the open-mic night starts adding some weight to his act.
Plot[]
Ben does stand-up comedy, but nobody laughs, which makes him quite frustrated. So, back at the garage, Ben studies what makes people laugh, such as tickling Tom with feathers, showing funny scenes on television in front of Angela, and throwing pies at Hank. After this long research, he creates the Gain-a-Tron, inflating himself until he's big and round.
At the club, everyone laughs at everything he says. Ben thinks he was simply telling funny jokes, but Tom notices that everyone was laughing at his size instead. His morbid obesity and size gets in the way of his life; he isn't able to enter the garage without brute force. Ginger claims that Ben would get as much laughter if he read names from a school yearbook.
The next visit to the club, he does just that, getting just as much laughter. Then, Ginger, now inflated, enters the stage, and reads the yearbook, yielding laughter as well. Then, they get into a huge fight and accidentally bounce off the stage.
After they both get up, Ben realizes that Ginger was right and wants to reverse his size back to normal, but Ginger seems to have accidentally sat on the Gain-a-Tron, breaking it. Ben has now have a idea to reserve his size to normal. So back in the garage, Hank jumps on Ben's belly while he's sitting in the floor, he burps with every jump, desinflating him little by little. Next, Ginger (also inflated) jumps on Ben's belly making both desinflate and back to normal with big burps and farts, even vibrating the house.

Trivia[]
- This episode's title is a reference to the large clock of Westminster, London, England of the same name.
- On Boomerang airings in the United Kingdom, the ending is cut out, possibly so younger viewers don't imitate the scene. This is also similar to the Untalking Tom episode or the Magnetic Ben episode, where the electrocution scenes are cut out.
