Plot[]
The episode begins with the town hall flooding. The scene cuts to Ben introducing a cake he had baked. The cake is not well made, however, and the gang are all disgusted. Tom then comes into the garage with a sack in his hands, Angela questions him and Tom tells them that it's a literal priceless piece of art. Ginger tells him that it's weird and that he would show his FastaPic friends, only for Tom to interrupt him and say that nobody can know about it. Tom says he's under a lot of pressure and Ben says he has the antidote for stress, cake. Ben shows his cake forward for the gang to back away.
Ben starts saying how he can do things without technology, like laundry, dusting, and dish washing. This all backfires so Ben goes to Angela for help.
Angela explains how she doesn't often use technology. Angela asks Ben how he did on his first test, shopping. He apparently did well but all of his groceries fall out of the bag and onto the ground. Angela notes that she saw Mel and Flo and Ben tries to hide from them but they find him and tell him that he was kicked out of the science community and start mocking him. Ben tells them that he wasn't kicked out but that he left so others could succeed because he was rich. Mel and Flo don't believe him but Ben says he had a famous piece of art delivered to the garage. Mel tells Flo that they should've gone and made fun of babies for their disability to count. Ben bumps into Angela who is angry at him.
Jeremy tells Tom he thinks he was in a petri dish with the squiggly guy in the painting once but Tom knocks Jeremy away with his broom, telling him to get his slime away. Ginger quickly runs down with hot mustard water balloons but Tom takes them away. Hank tells the gang his muscles are cramping from watching TV all day and that he wanted to bump into things. Tom catches their attention and tells him that he needs to protect squiggly man. Then he suddenly slips and sends a balloon flying at squiggly man but Hank catches it with a burger bun and tells him to be careful.
Angela is mad at Ben and forces him to go back to Mel and Flo and tell them to keep the painting a secret, so he goes. He enters a lab to see Mel and Flo planning how to steal the squiggly painting from the garage so Ben runs back, going to warn Tom. Tom is stressed over the painting when Hank tells them to go to the movies. Tom disagrees, but when Ginger almost knocks the painting over, he agrees.
Meanwhile Ben comes back to the garage, only to find that no one was there. His bracelet wouldn't let him call Tom, and when he gets shocked two times, he falls down to the floor and is put in a short coma. He sees and hears the squiggly man tell him to protect him. Ben says that he is only good at science, but the squiggly man tells him that everything is science, so that Ben can protect him. He wakes up, confident in himself, and decides to set up traps all over the house, like spilling marbles all over the floor. When Mel and Flo break in, they fall for all Ben's traps. However, they are still able to get the painting with one of their cool inventions. They are about to get away, and tell Ben that he doesn't have tech, when Ben remembers that he has science. He swings on the ceiling fan and kicks them into an oven, which malfunctions their jetpack. He shoots water at them from the sink, which flies them out the door. He chuckles as they fly far away.
Ginger, Tom, Hank, and Jeremy come home to find that the painting is exactly where it was, and Tom is relieved, unaware of the fact that Mel and Flo broke in and almost stole the painting. Ben shows them another cake he made, and he throws cherries and lands them on the cake, and the friends are surprised.
