IMDb[]
The friends need some extra money, so they come up with a brilliant new plan - Talking Angela will take a job as the Landlord's psychic. But when the Landlord starts demanding more and more of Angela's time, she tells Talking Tom she needs to get away from this responsibility. Can she get away from the Landlord without getting everyone evicted?
Plot[]
Tom and his friends return from a movie, when they encounter a garage sale. One of the items is a Dance Dance Rebellion machine. They want to buy it, but realize that it is extremely expensive. So, they start a money hunt to buy the machine. They look all over the garage for loose coins, but the money they find isn't nearly enough to buy the machine.
Ginger comes back with a huge bag of coins, but refuses to reveal where he got it. However, the Landlord takes the bag, claiming the rent went up because his psychic quit, and hiring new ones costs a ton of money. Later, Angela reveals that her mother and grandmother were both psychics, so she suggests becoming the Landlord's psychic.
Meanwhile, Ginger is getting more money, when Hank catches him in the act. Ginger has been stealing from the wish fountain. Hank tells him it's bad because it was bad luck to steal. Ginger brushes it off as baloney but slips into a muddy puddle. Then, a flock of crows fly over him and defecate on him.
Angela hosts her first psychic session with the Landlord. The landlord asks her to point out a chocolate in a chocolate box he wouldn't spit out in disgust. Angela picks out one with coconut in the middle, which the Landlord loves. He hires Angela as his new psychic. Over the next few days, the Landlord never makes a decision without Angela. He makes Angela pick out movies and hats.
Angela grows tired of having to make his decisions every single day, so she and Tom make a scam. She would convince the Landlord he has psychic powers by making her guess a shape on a card and the fruit under a bowl, which was all staged. Then, the Landlord notices Tom under the table, calling him out for trickery. The Landlord claims they even have Ginger stealing his coins and Ben bursting in complaining. Of course, Tom and Angela didn't stage it. The Landlord senses that they were telling the truth and is convinced he really is psychic.
Ginger stole the Landlord's coins so he could return them to the fountain and lift his bad luck curse, only to find the wish fountain had been demolished; there was a pit where the fountain was.
